ABS




(acrylonitrile, butadiene, styrene)





High impact strength, chemical stability, good electrical performance, good dimensional stability, small shrinkage, moderate price. But the temperature of heat deformation is low (high temperature resistance > 70 ℃, low temperature resistance - 40 ℃), which is easy to aging, discoloration and even cracking, and easy to melt in aldehyde, ketone and vinegar.


PC




(polycarbonate)






Impact resistance, good toughness, high transparency, creep resistance, good dimensional stability (temperature, depth, environment will not change with it), internal temperature up to 110 ℃ self extinguishing, small water absorption, good flame retardant and electrical insulation. However, when the internal force is large, it will crack; the injection molding rate is lower than ABS (ABS can be added)


PA




(polyamide, nylon)




Wear resistance, toughness, non-toxic, cold resistance, corrosion resistance, small friction coefficient, easy to form, good electrical insulation, temperature resistance up to 180 ℃, but large water absorption, poor dimensional stability. It is often modified by filling and strengthening methods.


POM




(POM)




High crystallinity, high rigidity, excellent impact and creep resistance, good fatigue resistance, outstanding self lubrication, wear resistance and chemical resistance. However, when the material changes from molten state to solid state, the volume shrinkage is large, the thermal stability of copolyformaldehyde is poor, and the material should not stay in the barrel of the molding machine for too long, otherwise it will cause decomposition, foaming of the melt, yellow color, and mechanical strength Decline.


PE




(polyethylene)




It has large strength and toughness, large tensile strength, excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range, and small friction coefficient. However, it is easy to melt in oxidizing acid and has poor dimensional stability


Silicone rubber is divided into organic silica gel and inorganic silica gel. It is insoluble in water and any solvent. It is non-toxic and tasteless. Its chemical property is stable. It does not react with any substance except strong alkali and hydrofluoric acid. It has high adsorption performance, good thermal stability and high mechanical strength.
